Sew the center front body panel (piece C) to the side front body panel (piece D), placing the ends of the belt loop at notches, with the knots just inside the seam line.
Press seam allowances open.

Alternatively, omit the knots in the belt loops, reduce your stitch length considerably, and simply sew the loops in place.
Repeat for other side.
Sew side back body panel (piece E) to center back body panel (piece F).
Repeat for other side.
Sew the two back assemblies together along the center back.
Press all seam allowances open.
