Analysis, part 6 - Body Seam Lines

Like the "captain jacket" and duty jumpsuits of the era, the DS9/NEM admiral jacket had eight body panels: four front and four back (center front, side front, side back, and center back, all doubled). 

Also like the "captain jacket" and duty jumpsuits of the era, the body panel seam lines' placements were determined by the quilt lines:
